Alan has a Teaching Diploma, a Bachelor of Business Degree, a Certificate in Bioethics, is a skilled Lead Quality Auditor and is a JP (Qual). Alan has also completed the Department of Justice’s Mediation Training. Alan is skilled in tactile interpretation for people who are deaf and blind and is skilled in basic essential signing (Makaton). For 40 plus years, applying his wide knowledge of disability services, the NDIS and community options, Alan has supported people with disability to achieve their goals to live good lives in an ever- changing service environment.
Jules is a Registered Nurse with additional expertise in business systems and data analysis. Jules has been a part of the establishment and development of SCCC from its beginning in August 2018.
Jules has led the development of SCCC’s participant management system which makes it possible to maintain essential details, participant notes and budgets and to respond to participant’s requests for financial and other reports.
Jules also ensures that SCCC’s reporting and invoicing systems are current and that support coordinators’ credentials are maintained.
Hayley has been with SCCC since April 2019 and has a background with a large NGO supporting people with a range of disabilities who were at risk of homelessness.
Hayley’s tertiary background is in Human Services, which contributes extensively to her role of senior support coordinator, especially in the area of building relationships, research, negotiation, budget management and problem solving. Hayley is a strong performer.
Hayley is a founding member of SCCC and mentors and supports the work of support coordinators.
Dani has been with SCCC since early 2019 following a background with an NGO with a focus on implementing and improving NDIS systems. Dani’s tertiary background in business and systems along with exceptional communication skills have been incredibly valuable in supporting SCCC’s development and in supporting participants to understand and implement their NDIS plan.
Dani is an SCCC founding member and as a senior support coordinator Dani mentors and supports the work of support coordinators.
Georgia has a BA (Hons) Social Policy and Admin and M.Phil. Georgia has over 30 years’ experience working in the disability sector, 10 years in the UK and the last 20 years in Brisbane.
Georgia has an extensive knowledge and understanding of the NDIS and the local service system to help you access the opportunities your NDIS Plan offers.
Amy brings an exceptional group of business, financial, negotiation and organisational skills with a solution focus, to her role as a support coordinator. Amy’s skills were honed in a customer service environment and have transferred exceptionally well to enable Amy to assist NDIS participants to implement their plans and goals.
Amy has found a passion in working with NDIS participants and uses her very high level of research skill and interpersonal communication to engage with participants, families and service providers to achieve great outcomes.
Natalie is our newest support coordinator and brings a high level of skill to unpacking NDIS plans and budgets, through research, financial and computer skills and interpersonal and written communication.
Natalie’s tertiary background is in communication/journalism, however Natalie has rapidly familiarised with the essentials of the NDIS and the disability sector and has found a passion in supporting NDIS participants to implement their plan and goals in order to achieve a good life.
Tim has many years of experience in providing direct support to people with a disability and in administering self-managed disability programs, firstly through the State (Your Life Your Choice) and then through the NDIS.
Tim established the NDIS Support Coordination arm in a large NGO before joining Alan in November 2018 to establish SCCC as an independent, secular NDIS support coordination service.
Tim is developing his communications/marketing tertiary background by studying psychology.As an SCCC founding member and a senior support coordinator Tim mentors and supports the work of our support coordinators.
